For repairs cases, please contact info@bertschat.eu first, stating your order number. They will try to help you as quickly as possible. Because it concerns technical products, our specialists can often solve any issues remotely.
If you have a defect in your product, you can pre-register your product in the Repair Portal. After registration, you will receive a shipping label.
