within the Netherlands always free shipping. We deliver with PostNL. You can choose your own address or a PostNL collection point. In the ordering process you can indicate when / what time and where you want the package to be delivered.
Missed the postman?
If you have the order delivered at home and the postman is still missing, the postman tries to deliver the package to the neighbors, so that you can receive the package as soon as possible. If this is not successful, the postman will take your package to the nearest PostNL collection point. You will be automatically informed of this.
the delivery times of the products are stated with the products. All products are in stock and have a delivery time of 1 working day. During the holidays, the postman uses a longer delivery time.
Sometimes it happens that a product is (temporarily) no longer available. If this is the case, we will personally contact you directly to inform you about this. On our website you will find a current stock so that we can always deliver the next day.

Should the product not be entirely to your liking? Then we would like to hear this and think along where things went wrong. You accidentally ordered the wrong product? No problem! Of course you can also cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. You are allowed to try the product as you would in a physical store. As soon as we have received your product back, we will transfer your purchase amount within 3 working days.
